Our History
We are dedicated to accommodation and "Filoxenia".
Angelo Del’Arte Estate grew out of a simple wish: to create a place on Corfu that feels calm, private, and easy to live in. We chose Kanalia on purpose — close enough to Corfu Town and the airport to be convenient, yet quiet enough to slow down the moment you arrive.
From the beginning, we shaped the estate around the kind of stay we would want ourselves: your own space, the freedom of a fully equipped kitchen, and a setting that lets the days unfold naturally. We’re not a “formal hotel” operation, and we don’t try to be. Our approach to hosting is warm and straightforward — present when you need us, and discreet when you don’t.
Over the years, we’ve kept refining the experience season by season: how the spaces feel, how smoothly everything works, and how comfortable the stay is from check-in to the last morning. What hasn’t changed is the intention behind it all — a quiet base on Corfu, looked after with care, so you can focus on the island, the light, and the slower rhythm that makes a holiday feel like a real break.
The Area
Kanalia is a quiet area just outside Corfu Town, around 2 km from the centre. It’s a convenient base for exploring the island — close to the airport, the Old Town, and many of Corfu’s beaches. Calm and residential, it offers an easy rhythm while keeping you well connected to everything.
